Infrastructure and Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the technical landscape and the user experience of clients, suggesting areas for enhancement.

• Keep abreast of technological advancements within the platforms.

• Prioritize delivering an exceptional client experience through technology integration.

• Manage Level III support requests.

• Ensure that SGA clients are utilizing the most suitable and effective technologies for their specific environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience with Cloud solutions.

• Understanding of Cloud architecture.

• Experience with Cloud services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) from leading cloud providers, especially Azure. Familiarity with Google Cloud and AWS is advantageous.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
