Infrastructure Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the digital ecosystem.

• Provide specialized technical support and plan essential projects for networks, servers, and cloud services.

• Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM).

• Operate and deploy device management through Microsoft Intune (MDM).

• Administer both Windows and Linux environments, and design local (LAN) and wide area (WAN) networks.

• Define and validate Backup and Disaster Recovery policies.

• Manage tickets using Jira with a focus on SLAs while automating routine tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in IT infrastructure administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender).

• Hands-on experience with administering Windows and Linux servers.

• Knowledge of Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, and managed Switches).

• Understanding of Information Security and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD.

• Proficient in Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation.
