Infrastructure Analyst – CyberArk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage support requests including N3 troubleshooting, environment monitoring and assessment, and analysis of versions and vulnerabilities.

• Engage in incidents and resolve issues pertaining to support and project initiatives.

• Escalate and track support and project tickets with vendors.

• Oversee and implement technical activities related to support and the delivery of projects.

• Create and present documentation for technical support and project activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of PAM/PAS solutions, specifically CyberArk.

• Proven experience in Access and Identity Management.

• Background in Privileged Access Management.

• Intermediate proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.

• Extensive experience in supporting critical production environments.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Technical expertise in networking is a plus.

• Familiarity with security products from alternative vendors is advantageous.

• Preferred certifications: CyberArk Defender PAM.
