This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the system administrator for AMS, LMS, and CRM platforms, handling access configuration, permission management, and daily operational oversight.
• Perform routine system audits to detect issues related to data synchronization, platform updates, integrations, and overall platform efficiency.
• Assist in annual event registration by collaborating with team members, tracking registrations and vendor attendance, printing badges, and managing all aspects of registration.
• Provide prompt support to members and staff encountering access challenges, navigation difficulties, and system errors.
• Serve as a communication bridge between end users and technology vendors, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct system walkthroughs and create internal documentation to ensure consistent and accurate usage across various departments.
• Manage role-based access controls, user authentication settings, and permission frameworks.
• Identify and escalate potential data security issues, coordinating with vendors on system updates, patching, and vulnerability resolutions, including post-completion testing.
• Adhere to best practices in data governance, privacy standards, and audit documentation across platforms.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and system records for internal use and metrics for members.
• Keep system documentation, process flows, SOPs, and user guides up to date to support uniform usage across departments.
• Oversee all council, committee, accreditation, and member rosters, ensuring data accuracy and automating reports.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and managed service providers for platform support, issue resolution, updates, and enhancements.
• Document system requirements and use cases, engage in discovery and implementation projects, and manage timelines for updates and upgrades; represent membership system needs in broader organizational discussions regarding platform optimization and adoption.
• Assist in system-related projects, from the discovery phase to implementation, including vendor coordination, documentation, testing, and user communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing multiple platforms (e.g., AMS, CRM, LMS, Accreditation).
• Practical experience in configuring access controls, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Advanced expertise in managing and optimizing community platforms, learning management systems, and accreditation tools.
• Proficient in the use and administration of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles within a systems management context, including user access protocols, data protection, and system-level permissions.
• Demonstrated capability to assess, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions based on strategic alignment, usability, and compatibility with broader system ecosystems.
• Strong experience in vendor coordination and platform evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage platform-related projects and lead cross-functional implementation timelines.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and system manuals.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with a strong focus on detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly conveying technical requirements and organizational needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively while effectively collaborating in team environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across diverse groups.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset and creative thinking skills.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound discretion.
• This position is fully remote.
• Access to standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed.
• This position requires up to 10% travel annually.
