Information Security Officer, ISO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing all security-related compliance and delivery for assigned customers.

• Act as a trusted advisor within the organization, collaborating with senior management.

• Specifically focus on security requirements regulated within the healthcare industry.

• Partner with the leadership team to identify potential issues and concerns.

• Conduct and provide reports on threat and vulnerability management.

• Maintain an account system security plan and manage security incidents effectively.

• Ensure proper preparation, facilitation, and remediation for audits.

• Coordinate the delivery of Security Metrics and Reporting to support contractual obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, audit, security, or a technical delivery role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Security, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with security and auditing regulations.

• Experience with audit and compliance programs.

• Exceptional and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in diverse, multi-national, and virtual environments.

• Self-motivated and persistent.

• Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity.

• Capability to influence delivery personnel in meeting security and compliance requirements.

• Proficient in English.
