Information Security Analyst, Cloud Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, oversee, and enhance security within cloud environments.

• Detect vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for enhancement in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud settings.

• Establish and oversee security policies, procedures, and controls.

• Collaborate with CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) solutions.

• Engage with Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.

• Monitor security incidents and events, supporting incident response and remediation efforts.

• Conduct risk assessments and assist with security audits.

• Partner with development teams to implement Application Security (AppSec) practices.

• Facilitate the integration of security measures throughout the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).

• Analyze security logs and events, recommending mitigation strategies.

• Identify ways to enhance the security posture of cloud environments.

• Prepare detailed technical security analyses and reports.

• Contribute to the application of security best practices and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional background in Cyber Security / Cloud Security.

• Experience in securing Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.

• Familiarity with CNAPP solutions.

• Experience with Orca Security will be regarded as a significant asset.

• Understanding of WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Armor will be deemed advantageous.

• Experience or knowledge in Application Security (AppSec).

• Proven collaboration with software development teams.

• Familiarity with vulnerabilities, risks, and security controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of AI Security will be considered a plus.

• Understanding of DevSecOps will be viewed positively.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS will be advantageous.

• Experience with security tools, log analysis, and monitoring will be beneficial.

• Certifications in Cloud Security or Cyber Security will be regarded as a plus.
