This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee daily user access operations within the cybersecurity operations team.
β’ Guarantee prompt provisioning and deprovisioning of user access.
β’ Enhance user access policies, standards, and procedures through the automation of tasks and the development of efficient workflows.
β’ Manage identity governance and administration, privileged access management, single sign-on, Imprivata tap-and-go, federation, multi-factor authentication, access request management, and provisioning.
β’ Establish user access policies, standards, roles, and procedures.
β’ Convey user access policies and standards to stakeholders.
β’ Engage in projects that focus on user access controls in technology designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
β’ Take part in or lead the installation, integration, support, and operation of AD, PAM, IAM, and MFA tools.
β’ Create, validate, and implement IAM use cases and testing plans.
β’ Identify, analyze, and address data and intricate user access workflow challenges.
β’ Diagnose and resolve issues related to AD, PAM, MFA, and IAM, while recommending improvements to processes.
β’ Provision and deprovision access for regular, privileged, and Epic EMR users.
β’ Maintain connections with technology vendors, industry experts, security forums, and professional associations.
β’ Assist with compliance and information security certification tasks, including entitlement reviews, control gap documentation, IAM playbooks, metrics, HIPAA compliance, HITRUST CSF certification, audits, and risk assessments.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High school diploma is mandatory.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Epic Security certification or the ability to obtain it within a year of employment.
β’ Professional security certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment/in role.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience as an information security analyst or IT business analyst.
β’ Over 2 years of technical experience with PAM and IAM tools and processes.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
β’ Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation, training, and presentations.
β’ Proven commitment to continuous learning in the field of cybersecurity.
β’ Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of IT controls.
