Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Uphold, oversee, and enhance Trulieve’s security framework

• Conduct daily cybersecurity operations and manage incident responses

• Administer endpoint, cloud, and infrastructure security tools

• Work in collaboration with engineers, architects, vendors, IT and Security leadership, along with cross-functional teams to devise secure and highly available production environments

• Monitor, assess, document, escalate, and follow up on SIEM and other security notifications

• Handle endpoint incidents, contain and mitigate threats, maintain protection agents, and revise response playbooks

• Address cloud security alerts, confirm controls, rectify misconfigurations, facilitate automation, and uphold a secure end-user environment

• Record security activities and assist in audits with supporting evidence and validation

• Produce InfoSec operations reports, evaluate metrics and trends, and propose process and system enhancements

• Contribute to strategic security initiatives, identify risks, and suggest scalable solutions

• Advocate for cybersecurity awareness and assist with legacy infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security SOC/SIRT, implementing security best practices, or 3+ years in a system administrator position

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations

• Experience in monitoring and addressing security alerts and events

• Proficient with Office 365 and Azure services

• Security or advanced IT certification is preferred but not mandatory (Security+, MCSA, GIAC, or equivalent)

• Self-driven and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision

• Capability to establish professional relationships and possess strong communication skills

• Strong customer-centric mindset

• Availability to work 40+ hours weekly with adaptable hours based on department requirements
