This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, gather, verify, and update real-time incident data within designated regions.

• Utilize various real-time sources, including:

• Departments of Transportation (DOTs)

• Police and emergency CAD systems

• CCTV feeds and GPS information

• Social media platforms (e.g., Twitter)

• Internal communication channels (email, Teams)

• Validate and cross-reference information to ensure accuracy.

• Modify incident details as conditions evolve (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared).

• Document essential information such as cause, impact, location, and direction.

• Remove incidents from records once resolved and confirmed by trustworthy sources.

• Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree or students in their final year (with the ability to work fixed shifts)

• Proficient in English at a strong intermediate level or higher

• Excellent attention to detail and precision in data entry

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment

• Knowledge of mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is an advantage
