Informatica Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, document, test, and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions, and B2B Data Transformation applications.

• Convert business requirements into technical design specifications for Informatica and EDI X12 Healthcare solutions.

• Utilize flowcharts, data flow diagrams, mapping specifications, and source-to-target mapping documents for effective communication.

• Act as a technical authority on Informatica PowerCenter, B2B Data Transformation, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux development initiatives.

• Engage in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Generate technical specifications derived from conceptual designs and business needs.

• Participate in code review sessions and software design discussions.

• Collaborate with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications.

• Operate with minimal supervision while making independent decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8-10 years of experience working with the Informatica Platform.

• Familiarity with Informatica best practices for PowerCenter and B2B Data Transformation products.

• Expertise in PowerCenter development, particularly with B2B Data Transformation, EDI X12 Healthcare, and Informatica development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with mappings, workflows, sessions, and applications.

• Strong technical knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, B2B Data Transformation, EDI X12 Healthcare, mappings, workflows, and reusable components.

• Excellent technical and analytical capabilities.

• Solid experience in ETL and data modeling.

• Comprehension of reusability, parameterization, and workflow design principles.
