Influencer/Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners on Instagram.

• Develop and sustain a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership contracts, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee arrangements.

• Onboard influencers by supplying tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Oversee daily influencer relationships and campaign execution.

• Track campaign performance utilizing KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Enhance existing partnerships and re-engage underperforming influencers.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities and recognize emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Generate regular reports on campaign outcomes and partnership prospects.

• Ensure that all promotional activities adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer ecosystem.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• A commercial mindset focused on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Fluent in the local market language with a good command of English.

• Background in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership structures.

• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience in launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
