Influencer Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop insight-driven strategies for significant opportunities, including competitive RFPs, high-stakes pitches, multi-channel campaigns, and prominent client initiatives.

• Evaluate audience behaviors, cultural trends, platform specialties, and category landscapes to pinpoint brand opportunities.

• Convert research findings into cultural insights, strategic possibilities, and compelling narratives.

• Collaborate with the Creative team during ideation and evolve concepts from strategic seed to campaign vision.

• Partner with Business Development and Client Partnerships to align strategy with business outcomes.

• Assist in trend reporting, POV development, playbooks, and client-facing materials.

• Work in tandem with Creative, Business Development, Client Partnerships, and Analytics teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in crafting strategies at the junction of social, culture, and influence.

• Background ideally in influencer marketing, social/creative agencies, or digital-first brands.

• Demonstrated success in creating social-first or creator-led strategies that yield results.

• Profound understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Capacity to consolidate cultural signals, audience insights, and platform trends into actionable strategic opportunities.

• Proficient in navigating pitch cycles and high-visibility RFP procedures.

• A collaborative mindset, cultural curiosity, and exceptional, clear writing skills.

• Ability to identify significant cultural signals and translate them into strategic insights and actionable creative strategies.
