Influencer, Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners across Instagram.

• Develop and maintain a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee models.

• Onboard influencers by providing tracking links, promotional codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Oversee day-to-day influencer relationships and the execution of campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance utilizing KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Optimize existing partnerships and reactivate influencers that are underperforming.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to enhance campaign performance.

• Keep track of competitor activities and identify emerging influencer trends within the local market.

• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and partnership opportunities.

• Ensure all promotional activities adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer landscape.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

• Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Fluency in the local market language and proficient in English.

• Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Familiarity with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, promotional codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
