Influencer – Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners on Instagram.

• Develop and sustain a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership contracts encompassing CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee structures.

• Onboard influencers by supplying tracking links, promotional codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Oversee daily influencer relationships and the execution of campaigns.

• Assess campaign performance using KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Enhance existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Observe competitor activities and discern emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Generate regular reports on campaign outcomes and partnership opportunities.

• Ensure that all promotional initiatives adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer ecosystem.

• Outstanding negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Commercially minded with an emphasis on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Fluent in the local market language and proficient in English.

• Background in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promotional codes, and landing page optimization.

• Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
