• Take ownership of the complete influencer strategy and its execution.

• Create a robust blend of micro, macro, and regional content creators.

• Establish and oversee a varied network of creators throughout North, South, East, and West India.

• Collaborate with agencies and assess content prior to publication.

• Monitor and analyze reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in beauty, UGC, or dermatology influencer campaigns.

• Strong network of creators across India, not confined to a specific region.

• Familiarity with regional differences, languages, and audience behaviors.

• A strategic mindset coupled with a focus on execution.

• Essential skill: influencer marketing.

• Desirable skills: experience with beauty brands and comprehensive influencer marketing.
