
Influencer Marketing Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the creation of influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and yield measurable returns on investment.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior clients, establishing Later as a reliable strategic partner.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and campaign reporting that translate performance metrics into actionable next steps.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within accounts, collaborating with Sales and Strategy to enhance revenue.
• Contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new business presentations by leveraging client insights and proven campaign expertise.
• Oversee the implementation of multiple influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable results.
• Guide Account Managers in handling daily client communications and execution tasks.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track and in line with client commitments.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to FTC guidelines and platform standards while achieving creative excellence.
• Track campaign KPIs, extract insights, and propose optimizations to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with Social, Strategy, Creator Success, Paid Media, Product, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive integrated campaigns.
• Act as the representative voice of the client and influencer, ensuring that feedback informs platform enhancements and future strategies.
• Work collaboratively across functions to embed innovation and elevate Later’s standing with clients and within the industry.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performing, client-centric team.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities for Account Managers and Coordinators.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Anticipate risks early and implement proactive solutions to eliminate obstacles for the team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platforms, and cultural shifts—integrating innovation into client strategies.
• Contribute thought leadership to position Later as a market leader in influencer and creator marketing.
• Develop and maintain internal processes that ensure compliance and operational excellence across accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client strategies and achieve results aligned with brand objectives.
• Strong management experience, encompassing coaching, performance evaluations, and daily team leadership.
• In-depth understanding of social platforms, influencer best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to convert performance data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record of driving account growth and enhancing client partnerships.
