Influencer Manager – Talent Agency

📋 Description

• Identify and source creators that resonate with the brand's identity and target audience

• Execute outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid collaborations

• Develop and sustain a robust and organized creator pipeline

• Oversee daily communication with creators

• Organize briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals

• Ensure that content is delivered promptly and aligns with expectations

• Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators

• Assist with gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style initiatives

• Monitor creator engagement, content delivery, and usage rights

• Maintain databases, trackers, and documentation related to campaigns and creators

• Analyze basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage

• Provide summaries and insights to the Brand team

• Aid in identifying creators for deepening, scaling, or pausing partnerships

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams

• Support launches and campaigns by synchronizing creator timelines with overarching plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 3–5+ years of practical experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (preferably in eCommerce or consumer brands)

• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and trends in social commerce

• Proficient in outreach, contract management, and building relationships with creators

• Experienced with influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs)

• Analytical approach with a background in tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)

• Availability to work in the US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), likely in US Pacific Time

• Previous experience working overnight or graveyard shifts
