Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Expand Creator Channels: Supervise influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, prioritizing both emerging and established influencers.

• Develop Brand Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with brands and agencies to engage top talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal teams to define the overarching strategy and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Independent & Adaptable Work Environment: Excel in a vibrant, fast-paced setting while enjoying the flexibility to work autonomously and remotely.

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

• Eager to put in the effort to achieve results.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies!
