Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Expand Creator Portfolios: Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Creator Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, with an emphasis on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to engage top talent for various campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Work alongside internal teams to define the overall strategy and grow Grail’s talent pool.

• Independent & Adaptive Work Environment: Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while enjoying the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Willingness to work diligently to achieve results

• Capability to operate independently and manage your own priorities

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies!
