Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand creator portfolios: Manage influencers while assisting them in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both up-and-coming and established influencers.

• Build Brand Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to book premier talent for various campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Work collaboratively with internal teams to define the overarching strategy and broaden Grail’s talent pool.

• Independent & Adaptable Work Environment: Excel in a vibrant, fast-paced setting while enjoying the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Driven to accomplish tasks and meet objectives.

• Capable of working independently and managing your own priorities.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or within sales or marketing agencies!
