Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Expand Creator Portfolios: Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, focusing on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to book top-tier talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall strategy and enhance Grail’s talent roster.

• Independent & Adaptable Work: Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while enjoying the flexibility to work autonomously and remotely.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to hustle to achieve results.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or sales and marketing agencies!
