📋 Description

• You are responsible for the entire Influencer channel, which includes establishing the strategy, prioritizing operational goals, and creating an operating model to enhance profitable new-customer acquisition.

• You oversee the execution process, which ranges from onboarding and contracting new creators (both fixed-fee and commission-based) to briefing, content planning, analysis, and optimization for traditional influencer marketing and partnership advertisements (enhanced through paid social channels).

• You guide budget distribution and forecasting, managing performance according to key KPIs (e.g., Reach, CPM, CTR, CVR, NC, CAC) – making data-informed decisions and offering clear instructions to the team regarding creator sourcing, selection, investments, and scaling possibilities.

• You conduct weekly performance reviews and creator/content evaluations with structured reporting, and perform additional detailed analyses as necessary, turning insights into straightforward, actionable optimization strategies.

• You will lead and nurture a small team, establish clear priorities, and consistently enhance processes, tools, and infrastructure – with a strong emphasis on AI and automation.

• You will work closely with Paid Social, Data/Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to ensure flawless execution of activations including Partnership Ads across the marketing funnel.

• You will keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in D2C and e-commerce, proactively identifying and testing new growth opportunities and strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing within the e-commerce/D2C sector, with a strong emphasis on performance (beyond mere brand awareness) – ideally possessing initial leadership experience to manage and develop a small team.

• You have managed the influencer channel comprehensively, including strategy formulation, budget planning & forecasting, execution, and performance analysis, with clear accountability for the outcomes.

• You possess strong analytical skills and maintain a firm grasp on your metrics, understanding relevant KPIs (Reach, CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC & NC) and can identify clear areas for optimization and actions based on results throughout the entire customer journey.

• You excel in communication, negotiation, and relationship management, establishing strong, profitable, long-term partnerships with creators and agencies.

• You demonstrate strong ownership and determination to scale – taking initiative, remaining persistent during challenges, and continuously seeking innovative solutions and creative strategies to drive further growth.

• You have a keen instinct for identifying high-performing creators, communities, and content formats, and can translate this insight, along with your understanding of target audiences and customer journeys, into sales-generating campaigns for our products.
