• Building and overseeing a roster of influencers who are authentically engaged in the sorority, fraternity, and collegiate social media landscape.
• Crafting and implementing influencer campaigns that correspond with Fresh Prints' major brand events, including recruitment season, homecoming, formals, and philanthropy activities.
• Providing clear briefs to creators to ensure the content remains on-brand without micromanaging and compromising authenticity.
• Analyzing what truly performs well—focusing not only on reach but also on the actual influence on brand recognition and orders.
• Cultivating influencer relationships that grow over time, rather than one-time activations.
• Creating and maintaining a tiered influencer roster across TikTok and Instagram, ranging from nano creators (5k–25k) who are deeply integrated into Greek life at specific universities to larger collegiate lifestyle influencers.
• Establishing a process for discovering high-fit creators before they become apparent, utilizing platform-native search, community insights, and recommendations from current partners.
• Assessing creators based on content quality, engagement metrics, cultural fit, and relevance.
• Managing the influencer pipeline—constantly prospecting, fostering relationships, and developing the next tier of partners.
• Designing influencer campaign strategies around Fresh Prints' key marketing milestones: fall recruitment, spring rush, homecoming, philanthropy events, formals, and product launches.
• Crafting clear and engaging creative briefs that provide creators with sufficient guidance to remain on-brand while preserving their authentic voice.
• Overseeing all logistics, including outreach, contracting, product seeding, content review, approval, and posting coordination.
• Fostering genuine, long-lasting relationships with the creators within the Fresh Prints roster.
• Negotiating rates, deliverables, and usage rights in a fair and transparent manner, safeguarding Fresh Prints' budget while maintaining positive relationships.
• Tracking campaign performance across all influencer collaborations.
• Establishing a reporting rhythm that keeps the Brand team updated on effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Conducting post-mortem analyses after significant campaigns and applying insights to future initiatives.
• Developing and enhancing the metrics framework for assessing influencer ROI over time.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related area.
• Extensive knowledge of TikTok and Instagram from both a marketing and consumer perspective—you actively use these platforms, follow creators, and comprehend the culture.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in their entirety: from discovery and outreach to contracting, briefing, content review, and performance analysis.
• Experience in negotiating with creators regarding rates, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Proficiency with influencer management and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle a roster of multiple creators across concurrent campaigns.
• Familiarity with or a strong understanding of the Greek life/collegiate audience is a significant advantage.
