Influencer Community Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source creators for gifting based on their alignment with brand identity, content quality, audience engagement, and relevance.

• Develop and sustain a sourcing pipeline categorized by platform, follower count, and content niche.

• Keep the sourcing pipeline updated by monitoring emerging creators, formats, and trends.

• Assess creator profiles, engagement quality, and audience fit prior to outreach efforts.

• Execute email and direct message outreach to potential creators.

• Customize outreach at scale and maintain persistent follow-ups.

• Handle incoming inquiries and address creator questions regarding gifting opportunities.

• Record outreach activities, response rates, and pipeline status in the creator CRM or spreadsheet.

• Assist in the onboarding process of newly sourced creators into the gifting workflow.

• Accelerate outreach efforts in anticipation of significant gifting events, launches, and campaign initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships included).

• Strong ability to recognize creators who resonate with a brand's voice and target audience.

• Comfortable with high-volume, personalized outreach efforts.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing a substantial pipeline through spreadsheets or CRM tools.

• Familiarity with creator or affiliate platforms (such as AspireIQ or comparable).

• Experience in high-volume outreach or prospecting roles (sales, recruiting, or community-focused positions).

• Native proficiency in TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional written communication skills that are clear and engaging.
