This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Facilitate the comprehensive execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns, encompassing creator outreach, communications, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and ongoing campaign oversight.
• Oversee multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with a network of over 50 influencers/creators across various campaigns.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and key milestones.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and communicate risks or delays to senior team members.
• Craft campaign briefs, creator guidelines, messaging frameworks, and other related materials.
• Evaluate creator content for adherence to campaign strategy, brand guidelines, messaging, and FTC disclosure requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and internal teams, with final content approval managed by senior team members.
• Introduce innovative ideas and emerging creator trends into campaign planning and execution.
• Establish and nurture influencer and creator relationships.
• Facilitate the growth and development of the creator network.
• Assess and select creators based on campaign goals, audience relevance, content quality, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of creator information, campaign records, and relationship histories.
• Support influencer campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain data-entry templates, tracking documents, and reporting procedures.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and associated documentation.
• Guarantee that campaign records and deliverables are precise, complete, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and other internal teams.
• Engage in internal and client meetings; share campaign updates, recommendations, and ideas.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and translate client objectives into creator marketing initiatives.
• Act as an internal resource for influencer marketing platforms and tools.
• Help establish best practices and efficient workflows for campaign management.
• Train and assist new team members in influencer marketing tools and processes.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to Coordinators and Associate Managers.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, account management, or a similar field.
• Practical experience in managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
• Strong comprehension of the influencer marketing lifecycle, from creator identification and outreach to content delivery, reporting, and campaign closure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and creator relationships concurrently.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to proactively identify and address campaign issues.
• Knowledge of influencer disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines and best practices.
• Comfortable participating in meetings, presenting ideas, and contributing to campaign strategies.
• Enthusiasm for social media, creator culture, emerging platforms, and evolving trends in influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience in an agency environment.
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Strategy teams.
• Experience managing extensive creator programs or overseeing 50+ creators across multiple campaigns.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
