Influencer Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of campaigns following the sale, from initiation to the final report.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.

• Oversee up to 30 influencer campaigns at the same time.

• Manage timelines and schedule influencers accordingly.

• Evaluate and confirm drafts.

• Ensure that all deliverables are fully completed.

• Serve as the voice of the influencer throughout the entire process.

• Provide exceptional client service that aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and strategy.

• Keep abreast of platform trends, shifts in creator dynamics, and viral content.

• Negotiate influencer rates while being aware of estimated budgets.

• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets.

• Supervise deliverables to ensure that high-quality content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Actively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and suggesting solutions.

• Handle multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Collect necessary inputs such as shipping addresses, product details, and payment information.

• Collaborate with Data Ops on reporting post-campaign performance.
