📋 Description

• Collaborate in shaping the enterprise deal strategy for CoLab's key European initiatives.

• Develop strategic value propositions and impact assessments.

• Establish and create playbooks for penetrating new European sectors.

• Compile insights from major European accounts into organized product feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise strategy, revenue initiatives, or transformation projects within complex European organizations, preferably in sectors such as automotive, industrials, manufacturing, engineering, or product development.

• Deep understanding of the European purchasing landscape, where decisions are made through consensus and the sales cycles tend to be longer than those in the US.

• High emotional intelligence with a knack for interpreting the dynamics among executive teams.

• Strong commercial insight and operational expertise.

• Effective and straightforward communicator, proficient in leveraging AI as a significant advantage.
