This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a technical sales expert representing the Cisco brand to customers and partners.
• Deliver technical solutions that meet the business requirements of customers and partners.
• Work closely with account and connected sales teams to develop customer strategies and ensure success.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to C-suite executives and various stakeholders.
• Direct multi-year strategic initiatives that incorporate Cisco’s portfolio, ecosystem, and partner network.
• Enhance portfolio knowledge and collaborate with engineering teams to influence future product development.
• Create cross-architecture solutions, roadmaps, and technical strategies.
• Formulate demand-generation and enablement initiatives.
• Conduct tailored solution demonstrations to facilitate transformation and achieve business goals.
• Leverage competitive intelligence to gain a market advantage.
• Oversee technical sales engagements and advance deals through the technical sales pipeline.
• Design and articulate solutions based on the technical and business requirements of customers or partners.
• Lead virtual support teams comprised of sales resources.
• Provide insights to business units and sales teams regarding strategic customer needs, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
• Influence SE, engineering, and leadership teams through knowledge-sharing and cross-functional approaches.
• Develop market adaptation strategies for go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth, competitor displacement, market-share expansion, and acquisition of new customers.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in pre-sales engineering or a comparable technical role.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing positive relationships with customers and partners.
• More than 5 years of experience in communication and presentation with internal stakeholders or external clients.
• Background in thought leadership, including public speaking, technical blogging, or authoring whitepapers.
• Strong understanding of Cisco’s product offerings.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
