Industrialisation and Scale-Up Advisor, Additive Manufacturing, B2B Matchmaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the production capabilities provided by manufacturers alongside the production requirements of scale-ups and SMEs.

• Determine the readiness of involved companies for large-scale manufacturing.

• Establish matching criteria and objectives, along with tracking introductions and completed business-to-business collaborations.

• Identify and engage appropriate scale-ups and facilitate connections with manufacturers.

• Create and conduct expert workshops and sprints involving manufacturers, start-ups, and the organization's internal teams.

• Recognize obstacles to partnerships between large manufacturers and emerging companies.

• Compile a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing innovation.

• Recent experience assisting scale-up companies in industrializing their products.

• Proven track record of fostering partnerships between corporate entities and scale-ups in production or manufacturing settings.

• Proficiency in designing repeatable processes or frameworks applicable across various organizations.

• Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as aerospace and defense.

• Innovative ideas for leveraging civilian factory capacity to meet defense requirements.

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including defense, government, or international organizations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
