• Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the GE Vernova Industrial Transformer and Renewables (IT&R) sectors.
• Take responsibility for achieving or surpassing the order intake targets for the NAM region.
• Create and execute a strategy to market Industrial Transformers to key sectors including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Assist in technical and commercial tendering processes, ensuring adherence to tendering and booking guidelines.
• Direct pricing strategy based on competitive analysis and factory load requirements.
• Oversee and facilitate negotiation activities (technical, commercial, terms & conditions, risk).
• Propel pipeline monitoring by region and implement actions to enhance capture rates.
• Define and execute business development roadmaps.
• Provide consistent updates in SPEAk4GE (Salesforce.com) regarding opportunity pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with key clients to foster growth in Renewable Transformers.
• Deliver sales training to Account Managers and Channels, covering opportunity qualifications, competitive positioning, specification influence, and other necessary initiatives.
• Serve as the critical link between the market and the factories (engineering, tendering, forecasting, supply chain, execution, after-sales support).
• Assist factories as needed in fulfilling orders.
• Offer forecasts (for factories and regions), along with market and competitive insights.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing and Engineering teams to facilitate the development and launch of new products and services to meet customer demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support partner marketing efforts such as trade shows and promotional events.
• Manage travel expenses within budget constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Application Sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the USA and Canada.
