This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with industrial clients and partners.
• Nurture and expand existing client relationships by comprehending their needs and providing customized refrigeration/HVAC solutions.
• Advocate for and sell intricate technical solutions, including comprehensive refrigeration projects.
• Conduct regular client visits throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Lead negotiations, formulate commercial proposals, contracts, and calculation sheets.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to formulate and implement strategic plans.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to bolster business development initiatives.
• Maintain sales statistics and documentation in accordance with internal protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC sector.
• Proven track record of success in industrial solution sales, ideally within an international matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of the Czech and/or Slovak markets, with proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak.
• Solid technical comprehension of cooling technologies and the ability to articulate their value.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with an aptitude for fostering trust and long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a “play to win” approach.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a sales and engineering team.
