This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for the EMEA region.
β’ Spearhead business development efforts to discover and capture new market opportunities.
β’ Enhance commercial performance across direct sales, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.
β’ Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
β’ Manage sales forecasting, pipeline oversight, and pricing strategies.
β’ Deliver Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights and market intelligence.
β’ Collaborate extensively with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
β’ Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving commercial team.
β’ Represent Gentex at executive customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
β’ Extensive experience in selling technical or engineered products within industrial B2B markets.
β’ Demonstrated capability to define and implement commercial strategies effectively.
β’ Achieve profitable growth through navigating complex sales cycles.
β’ Foster long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
β’ Strong commercial and financial insight.
β’ Utilize market analysis and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
β’ Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
β’ Ability to collaborate across various business functions.
β’ Experience operating in international markets.
β’ Willingness and flexibility to engage in regular international travel.
