Industrial Representative – Major Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the project manager for designated regions.

• Deliver comprehensive project management utilizing Salesforce.

• Monitor and assess the financial impact of activities on projects and sales outcomes.

• Engage in project specifications and execute hands-on project tasks at job sites.

• Manage key accounts involving owners, specifiers, and end users within assigned regions.

• Support the Regional Sales Manager in regional project management efforts.

• Allocate priority projects to C&I sales representatives alongside Major Projects Representatives and Regional Managers.

• Strategize distribution plans and enhance total line sales.

• Provide insights on pricing strategies.

• Advocate for the utilization of the Construction Services team.

• Reach out to and drive growth within assigned key accounts.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Follow safety regulations, recognize hazards, and commit to ongoing EHS improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified before starting) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the electrical industry working with contractors, distributors, engineers, and large-scale projects.

• At least five (5) years of technical experience with medium voltage cable accessories.

• A current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a work visa.

• Proficient in Salesforce.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is preferred.

• Prior experience in managing and conducting technical training sessions is preferred.
