Industrial Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for active industrial accounts, sourcing electricians, controls technicians, maintenance technicians, PLC specialists, anodizing experts, plant managers, and directors.

• Engage in a high volume of daily calls and conduct cold outreach to passive candidates on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and FactoryFix.

• Take ownership of the recruitment process from initial intake to final offer without any handoffs.

• Collaborate with major accounts, including steel mills, aluminum extrusion facilities, and essential infrastructure companies.

• Quickly grasp plant operations to build credibility during candidate interactions.

• Carry out candidate screenings that effectively identify hands-on troubleshooting skills, including expertise in VFD issues.

• Work closely with senior team members to successfully fill positions with qualified candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades sectors.

• Experience managing high-volume desks in logistics, light industrial staffing, or blue-collar trades, with a readiness to specialize in heavy industrial roles.

• Comfortable with making calls, conducting cold outreach, and handling rejection.

• Capability to ask insightful questions and rapidly learn the technical context relevant to the roles.

• Understanding the significance of the differences between Allen-Bradley and Siemens for hiring managers.

• A candidate-focused mindset, ensuring prompt call returns, providing genuine feedback, and maintaining communication without ghosting.
