📋 Description

• Identifies potential customers within the manufacturing and industrial sectors to cultivate new business opportunities for WM.

• Performs research on prospects to enhance the likelihood of adding value to their operations.

• Engages in pre-sales activities to gain insight into customer needs and prepare for sales calls with medium complexity clients.

• Negotiates and finalizes sales by effectively conveying WM’s unique value proposition to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Understands and complies with established WM sales processes and guidelines.

• Demonstrates WM products and services through a consultative approach, clearly indicating how the solutions address customer needs and provide advantages.

• Tailors sales techniques based on the characteristics of the prospect or customer.

• Articulates compelling arguments to back recommended sales solutions.

• Addresses objections during sales negotiations by highlighting the value of WM offerings that cater to customer needs.

• Facilitates consensus on a sales solution that satisfies the primary requirements of both parties.

• Finalizes sales contracts with detailed actions and commitments for subsequent steps.

• Performs post-sale administrative tasks to ensure successful implementation of products/services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution)

• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience is required

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Ability to devise effective sales approaches and solutions

• Skills in expanding and advancing business opportunities

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on impact

• Proficiency in influencing and negotiating sales

• Capable of effective planning and organization

• Results-oriented mindset
