
Industrial & Government Sales Specialist – Nuclear Power

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accelerate revenue expansion within Landauer’s Industrial & Government segment at Fluke Health Solutions, focusing primarily on commercial nuclear power accounts and associated stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement account strategies that align Landauer’s dosimetry services with customer requirements in radiation protection, outage support, dose-of-record management, ALARA programs, and emergency preparedness.
• Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to nuclear power plant clients by facilitating discovery discussions, positioning solutions, delivering technical presentations, and developing proposals.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of dosimetry operations, badge processing workflows, contractor dose tracking, and audit-compliant reporting to pinpoint customer challenges and communicate Landauer’s value proposition.
• Collaborate across marketing, product management, service, and leadership teams to convert customer feedback into strategies for segment growth and solution improvements.
• Assist with customer assessments, pilot projects, onboarding, and implementation initiatives to guarantee successful adoption and long-term customer retention.
• Represent Landauer and Fluke Health Solutions at industry conferences, customer visits, and trade shows, enhancing credibility and cultivating relationships within the nuclear power sector.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive actions, and regulatory requirements that influence dosimetry purchasing decisions in the nuclear power field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, or related discipline, or comparable industry experience.
• Proven experience working in or directly supporting nuclear power plants.
• In-depth knowledge of dosimetry operations in nuclear power, encompassing occupational monitoring, dose-of-record processes, badge workflows, and relevant operational standards.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively engage with stakeholders in radiation protection, health physics, operations, and procurement.
• Preferred experience in business development, technical sales, account expansion, or customer-facing commercial positions.
• Strong comprehension of regulated operating environments and the significance of compliance, traceability, and audit preparedness.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert complex technical and operational requirements into clear business advantages.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively across functions and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
