• Identify and conduct research on prospective clients.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with potential clients to determine the appropriate equipment for pilot projects.
• Organize and aid in the effective execution of pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to secure approval for new products.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients while liaising with stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
• Travel to client locations and industry tradeshows as necessary to secure new business.
• Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies for new products.
• Support product and marketing teams in creating marketing materials.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or relevant experience in a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to sell to industrial customers at the executive level.
• Knowledge of industrial markets, electric motors, and variable frequency drives.
• Comprehension of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
