• Identify and analyze potential clients
• Build and sustain relationships with clients
• Collaborate with prospective clients to determine equipment required for pilots
• Organize and support the effective execution of pilot projects
• Work with client stakeholders to secure approvals for new products
• Negotiate contractual terms with clients and liaise with stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal executives
• Travel to client locations and trade shows as necessary to secure new business
• Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies for new products
• Assist product and marketing teams in creating marketing materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven track record of selling to industrial customers at the executive level
• Knowledge of industrial markets, electric motors, and variable frequency drives
• Understanding of the operation of Fans, Pumps, Electric Motors, and VFDs in various industries
• Comprehension of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
