Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass the assigned sales quota within the specified sales territory.

• Collaborate with local channel teams to implement growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.

• Cultivate end-user customers and application processes to enhance the growth of the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolios.

• Offer market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership.

• Work alongside the End-User Key Accounts Team to stimulate growth through key end-user customers.

• Consistently and effectively manage the opportunity pipeline.

• Engage in strategic planning for new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers within the region.

• Operate a company vehicle.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Follow safety regulations, identify hazards, and contribute to ongoing EHS improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, completed and verified before commencement.

• One (1) year of outstanding sales experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.

• A current, valid driver’s license.

• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

• Experience in articulating value propositions and system-selling.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience in developing and managing key accounts.

• Competence in product demonstrations.

• Strong history of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

• Must operate a company vehicle and undergo a pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review if offered and hired.
