This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the primary representative of GE HealthCare for designated distributors.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with distribution partners.
• Conduct periodic business evaluations, performance discussions, and strategic planning meetings.
• Assess partnerships and pinpoint opportunities to enhance collaboration.
• Track distributor performance against objectives, growth targets, and profitability goals.
• Analyze market performance, industry trends, and distributor efficiency.
• Create action plans to address performance deficiencies and accelerate growth.
• Ensure distributors implement agreed-upon strategies and prioritize key initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of indirect go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute to the transformation of the Swiss market via a new indirect distributor model.
• Assist in initiatives that enhance market coverage, customer reach, and business performance.
• Ensure distributors adhere to contractual commitments, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate governance and risk management efforts with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve issues related to partnerships.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Commercial Leadership teams.
• Influence cross-functional decisions to support business objectives and execution in the assigned markets.
• A background in commercial, business, scientific, or related fields from an educational institution.
• Several years of experience in B2B commercial roles, channel management, distributor management, account management, or partner management.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing external business partners and indirect sales channels.
• Strong commercial insight to enhance business performance and profitability.
• Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong business and financial knowledge.
• Capability to analyze business performance and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven experience in managing escalations and resolving intricate business challenges.
• A blend of scientific knowledge and a robust commercial focus is highly valued.
• Fluent in English is required.
