This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, establish, and manage qualified B2B accounts in Florida.
• Conduct demonstrations, introductions, and follow-up communications.
• Educate partners on Flowell's positioning and its non-clinical applications.
• Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell.
• Offer pre- and post-sale support to partners in a non-clinical context.
• Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and communicate regularly with the Flowell team.
• Engage in local events, demonstrations, and community initiatives.
• Experience in B2B sales within DME, clinics, medical, or related wellness/recovery sectors.
• A well-established professional network in Florida.
• Ability to clearly and responsibly explain medical-adjacent products.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through capabilities.
• A relationship-first approach rather than a transactional one.
• 12.5% commission on the Net Sales Amount.
• Commission is always calculated based on the base list price.
• Payments are made monthly, 30 days after customer payment is received.
• No cap on earnings | 100% commission structure (no base salary).
• All expenses must be self-covered.
• Flexible schedule — set your own working hours.
• Comprehensive onboarding and product training provided by the Flowell team.
• Sales materials, pricing information, demonstrations, and product training will be supplied.
• A structured 30/60/90-day ramp plan outlining goals, target accounts, and suggested outreach cadence.
