This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Present and promote Orgafarma's range of products to pharmacies and drugstores within the designated region;
β’ Identify and engage new clients while conducting regular sales visits;
β’ Negotiate commercial agreements, timelines, and payment options;
β’ Oversee orders from placement to delivery and offer after-sales support;
β’ Keep the CRM system updated with current customer details and visit reports;
β’ Monitor key performance indicators and goals for your client portfolio;
β’ Employ a relationship-oriented, ethical, and consultative approach with clients.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
β’ Experience as a sales representative, ideally within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry;
β’ Must have an active legal entity (MEI or a company with a suitable CNAE);
β’ Valid CORE registration;
β’ Access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel within the assigned area;
β’ Basic proficiency with digital tools (ordering systems, email);
β’ Self-sufficient, proactive individual with strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
