This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess client requirements and propose customized insurance solutions
• Build and nurture robust client relationships
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and resources provided by the company
• Inform clients about available policies and coverage options
• Follow up with potential clients to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep abreast of industry trends and product offerings
• Operate independently while working within a collaborative team environment
• Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one – guidance will be provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and client management
