This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify and engage with qualified candidates
• Conduct sourcing activities through various channels
• Perform pre-screening interviews via phone or video
• Evaluate candidates' skills and motivations
• Draft interview reports
• Present chosen profiles to our agency or clients based on the assignment
• Build and nurture your candidate network
• Ensure a professional follow-up throughout the candidate experience
• Occasionally take part in complete recruitment projects
• Stay updated on digital roles and employment market trends
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is valued
• Ability to work independently or a strong desire to freelance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
• Capability to organize work autonomously
• Quick identification of suitable candidate profiles
• Results-driven with a commitment to service quality
• Expertise in candidate sourcing
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Proficiency in profile assessment
• Management of client and candidate relationships
• Familiarity with job boards and professional networking sites
• Proficient in office and collaboration software
• Experience in recruiting for IT, Digital, or Cybersecurity is advantageous
• Understanding of development, data, cloud, or infrastructure roles
• Background in a recruitment agency
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing tools
• Established professional network within the IT or digital sectors
