This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Assist seniors in selecting the appropriate Medicare coverage and the most effective healthcare solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized support and resources.
• Emphasize relationship-building and successfully closing deals.
• Manage post-sale customer support by offering continuous assistance to members.
• Licensed: Hold an active Life & Health license and AHIP Certification.
• Experienced: Possess 1-3 years of experience in Medicare sales.
• Locally Connected: Have thorough knowledge of the local healthcare market.
• Entrepreneurial: Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools.
• Flexible: Be willing to work non-traditional hours, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
• Compliant: Have a strong understanding of the Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
