• Licensed: Hold an active Life & Health license and possess AHIP Certification.

• Experienced: Have 1-3 years of experience in Medicare sales.

• Locally Connected: Possess extensive knowledge of the local healthcare market.

• Entrepreneurial: Be a self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude.

• Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable utilizing sales platforms and digital tools.

• Flexible: Be open to working non-traditional hours, particularly during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

• Compliant: Have a solid understanding of Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
