Independent IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and present qualified candidates for IT positions.

• Engage with roles across software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, and similar domains.

• Partner with our team to facilitate candidates' progression through the hiring process.

• Contribute to successful candidate placements.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for IT positions (software, data, cloud, DevOps, etc.).

• Strong ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.

• Capability to swiftly identify and assess technical talent.

• Familiarity with working in a dynamic, performance-oriented setting.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with candidates.

• Proficient in managing multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently without oversight.
