Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare management to ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare services.

• Encourage cost-effective results and enhance program/operational efficiency related to clinical matters.

• Assist in the thorough coordination of medical services, including intake, screening, and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs.

• Advocate for and uphold the quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of prior Customer Service experience.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Experience in Medical Assisting or a medical office is preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and concepts utilized in care management is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficiency in using internal and external computer systems.

• Ability to effectively collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST, with occasional weekends and holidays.
