This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads through phone, text, and email.
• Evaluate prospects and arrange meetings with the relevant team members.
• Consistently follow up with leads who have not responded to optimize booking chances.
• Confirm appointments to help minimize no-show rates.
• Record all lead interactions, notes, and appointment information in Go High Level.
• Allocate appointments to the proper team members based on their availability or service area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate CRM pipeline.
• Ensure fast response times and uphold professional communication with prospects.
• Monitor lead status and guarantee that all follow-up tasks are completed.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, or lead qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional and assured phone demeanor.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Go High Level is preferred.
• Capability to handle multiple leads and conversations at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with precise data entry skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
