Inbound Sales Team Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of cost-effective remote customer service and scheduling representatives

• Develop processes, scripts, and training materials

• Ensure timely and professional responses to inbound leads

• Monitor the performance and quality of the team

• Provide coaching for team members who are underperforming

• Maintain high appointment booking rates

• Keep the team motivated, accountable, and productive

• Report on results and suggest improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a home services company (roofing, remodeling, HVAC, restoration, windows, landscaping, solar, etc.)

• Proven experience in building and managing remote customer service, scheduling, or appointment-setting teams

• Experience in recruiting and managing cost-effective remote staff

• Expertise in creating processes and training programs

• Excellent English communication skills

• Availability during U.S. business hours

• Highly reliable
